General Terms and Conditions – Willow & Pine

Article 1 – Definitions

The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

Withdrawal Period:
The period during which the customer may exercise their right to withdraw from the agreement.

Customer / Consumer:
A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with Willow & Pine.

Ongoing Contract:
A distance contract relating to the regular supply of products over a defined period of time.

Right of Withdrawal:
The customer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Business:
Willow & Pine, offering products to consumers through distance selling.

Distance Contract:
A contract concluded between Willow & Pine and the customer using distance communication methods.

CESOP:
The Central Electronic System of Payment Information introduced by the European Union to monitor cross-border payment transactions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts concluded between Willow & Pine and the customer.
Prior to completing an order, these terms will be made available electronically in a clear and accessible manner.

Article 4 – Offers and Pricing

All offers made by Willow & Pine are non-binding and subject to availability.
Willow & Pine reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.

All prices are displayed clearly and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the customer has accepted the offer and completed the ordering process.
An order confirmation will be sent by email without undue delay.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Article 7 – Refunds After Withdrawal

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned items, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Willow & Pine reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Article 8 – CESOP Compliance

In accordance with EU regulations effective from 2024, payment service providers may be required to report certain transaction data to CESOP.

Willow & Pine complies with all applicable legal obligations regarding payment data processing for international transactions.

Article 9 – Product Compliance and Warranty

Willow & Pine guarantees that products conform to the agreement, product descriptions, and applicable legal standards.

Any defects or issues must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Article 10 – Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

If a delay occurs, customers will be informed within 14 days of placing the order.

Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the issue is identified.

Willow & Pine will respond within 14 days of receipt. If additional time is required, the customer will be informed accordingly.
